Every client is required to sign a contract before we begin working together.
Every client is required to pay at least 75% of the total planning fee upfront. The initial planning fee payment and contract are both due at the beginning of our engagement

The balance of the Planning Fee is due when the itinerary is completed and booking options have been presented to client.

Once the itinerary is completed, client is required to book with KaylaBar Travels. This will guarantee the best service with pricing, perks or benefits advertised in the itinerary because those are tied to KaylaBar Travels IATA number and travel Agency partnerships.

KaylaBar Travels is NOT in the business of providing quotes, pricing, or itineraries for anyone unless they are a contracted client with our agency. As much as I like to help people "get a sense" of what something might cost, this is not a travel search engine. I am happy to spend dedicated time making sure your trip exceeds your expectations, this is something that an online travel agency like Expedia, Travelocity, or Booking.com simply cannot provide.
DISCLAIMER: Please note, that we kindly request a $100 fee for any itinerary changes made after two rounds of revisions.
*Restaurant Reservations: With this mid package we encourage travelers to manage their own restaurant reservations during the trip, allowing for flexibility to explore and adapt to local culture. This approach enables you to discover new dining options on the go, and modifying or canceling reservations becomes more convenient for you.
** Restaurant Reservation: With the complete package he advisor will book reservations for the client. Note, reservations will be then managed by the client once on the trip. Additionally, considering potential time differences between you and your travel advisor, self-managing reservations provide a seamless and efficient experience.
